Editorial Policy
This policy describes how GraphiSphere produces its content, what we will and will not do, and how readers can hold us to account. It applies to reviews, comparisons, tutorials, guides, the software directory and resources.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Editorial independence
GraphiSphere makes its own decisions about what to cover and what to conclude. No software company has the right to approve, edit or withdraw an editorial assessment. Vendors may provide information, press materials or access where it is publicly available, and we treat that information as a starting point for checking, not as a conclusion.
Research standards
- Primary sources first. We use official documentation, release notes, plan pages and terms of service as the basis for product claims.
- Dated information. Pricing, plans, AI allowances and availability change. We note the date of the information and tell readers to verify current terms.
- Independent coverage. Where we use third-party reporting, we rely on established outlets and we do not treat user-generated complaints as evidence unless we verify them.
- Clear attribution. Where a claim comes from a vendor or from a third party, the text says so.
Review methodology
Reviews are GraphiSphere editorial assessments. They are structured around the categories set out in our review methodology, including features, ease of use, performance, workflow, learning curve, compatibility, value, reliability and target audience. Each review states its evaluation basis, so readers know whether the assessment is desk-based or includes hands-on use.
Corrections
We correct factual errors as soon as we confirm them. A correction that changes the meaning of a published claim is noted at the foot of the article, with the date of the change and a short description of what was corrected. Minor typographical fixes are made without a note. If you believe something is wrong, use the Corrections category on our contact page and include the page address and the detail you believe is incorrect.
Affiliate relationships
GraphiSphere may join affiliate programmes. Where we do, an affiliate relationship does not change the rating, the verdict or the order of recommendations in an article. Affiliate links are disclosed near the relevant recommendation. Full details are on the affiliate disclosure page.
Sponsored content
We may publish sponsored content, such as a paid guide, a vendor-supplied case study or a campaign feature. Sponsored content is labelled clearly as sponsored, is kept separate from editorial coverage, and does not carry GraphiSphere’s editorial ratings. Paid partnerships do not guarantee positive editorial coverage. See the work with us page for more detail.
Fact checking
Before publication, an editor checks product names, feature descriptions, dates, prices and claims about availability. Where a feature is described as available, the editor confirms the plan or version it applies to. Where an assertion cannot be confirmed, it is removed or qualified. Our tutorials are checked against the software version they describe, and the version is stated where it matters.
Artificial intelligence in our content
Editors may use software tools in research, drafting and checking. A named editorial process is responsible for every published page. We do not publish reviews, ratings or claims about testing without a human editorial assessment, and we do not publish content that presents generated material as hands-on experience.
Content updates
We update articles when a product changes in a way that affects our assessment, when pricing or plan structures change materially, or when a reader or vendor identifies an error. A substantive update is reflected in the updated date shown on the article. Minor edits, such as spelling corrections or formatting changes, do not change the date.
Images and credits
Photographs are chosen to relate to the subject of each article and are credited. We do not use product screenshots or copyrighted product images unless we have the right to publish them. Where an article is about a product, we link to its official website rather than reproducing its interface.
