Work With Us
GraphiSphere may consider partnerships with software companies, creative technology brands and other organisations. This page explains what we may consider, how we keep commercial work separate from editorial work, and what a partnership will not buy.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
What we may consider
- Software partnerships that help readers understand a product, such as briefings, documentation access or public demonstrations.
- Editorial collaborations where an outside expert or organisation contributes to a piece we would publish anyway, with the contribution credited.
- Product announcements for significant releases, which we may cover as news in our own words.
- Sponsored content that is clearly labelled, prepared under a written agreement and kept separate from our editorial work.
- Creative technology campaigns that relate to the subjects we cover, such as education programmes or community projects.
What a partnership does not guarantee
How we keep editorial and commercial work apart
- Sponsored content is labelled clearly, at the top of the piece and wherever it appears in lists or feeds.
- Editorial ratings are assigned by our editorial team and are not part of any commercial agreement.
- Partners do not approve, edit or withdraw editorial assessments, although they may check factual details about their own products.
- Where a partnership involves payment, the terms are written down before work begins.
What we will not do
- Publish fake reviews, invented testing or claims about users that we cannot verify.
- Accept payment to remove a critical review that has been published.
- Present sponsored content as independent editorial coverage.
- Use invented metrics, awards, certifications or endorsements.
How to get in touch
Use the Partnerships category on the contact page and describe what you have in mind, the audience it would reach and the timing. We read every enquiry, but a reply is not a commitment. We do not publish partner lists or logos unless a partnership has been agreed and the partner has permitted it.
